The third of five Born Learning Trails was finalized in Pea Ridge, January 23, 2021. This Born Learning Trail, located at Santa Villa Park, was a partnership between the Early Learning Coalition of Santa Rosa County, the Santa Rosa County Board of County Commissioners, United Way of West Florida, with funding from International Paper.
The trail features colorful signs that encourage adults and their children to notice and identify sounds, shapes, and colors in their surroundings. In addition to installing the signs, volunteers from Pace High School Interact Club painted hopscotch, numbers, a dragon, and other pictures on the path.
