The Call Specialist will serve as the first responder to incoming calls through either the 211 Information and Referral line or 988 Crisis line providing a compassionate and professional phone-based service to those reaching out for help. Call Specialists will maintain a thorough, working, and intimate understanding of the 211 Northwest Florida database of human services for the ten-county service area of northwest Florida.

Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager supports the VP of Philanthropy and Communications in creating, developing, and executing communications and marketing strategies that further the mission of United Way of West Florida. This position provides marketing, communications, and brand management support to all aspects of UWWF's work, with the goal of positioning UWWF as a thriving United Way. They oversee United Way of West Florida’s varied and integrated communications products and services, including the design and development of marketing collateral tools, newsletters, and other print publications; web, e-news, and other online communications; media and public relations; and other marketing-related events and activities.

Internships
Marketing and Special Events Intern
The Marketing and Special Events Internship is designed to provide professional experience in the areas of Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Relations, and Fundraising/Event Planning. This internship position is ideal for a university undergraduate student using the internship for university credit.

Applicants must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma prior to the start date of the internship. Internships are not paid positions and follow the academic calendars of post-secondary institutions. Hours per week are dependent upon course requirements and/or position descriptions.
