Annual Celebration 2024

On August 22, 2024, United Way of West Florida proudly marked a monumental milestone—100 years of unwavering service to our community. Our Centennial Celebration, "Take the Reins," was an unforgettable event that honored the past, celebrated the present, and inspired a future filled with hope and impact. We celebrated the achievements of the 2023-2024 campaign season, recognized the unwavering support of our community partners, and embarked on the journey toward another century of change. 

 

“Our Annual Meeting is a time when we say thank you to the individuals, businesses, and agencies that help us achieve our mission in the community,” said United Way of West Florida President and CEO, Laura Gilliam. “We extended our gratitude to our board for its enduring support, welcomed new board members, thanked those board members who are rotating off, and celebrated our outstanding community award recipients. We are committed to continuing the transformational work in Escambia and Santa Rosa counties for the next 100 years.”
