Marketing Manager
The Marketing Manager supports the VP of Philanthropy and Communications in creating, developing, and executing communications and marketing strategies that further the mission of United Way of West Florida. This position provides marketing, communications, and brand management support to all aspects of UWWF's work, with the goal of positioning UWWF as a thriving United Way. They oversee United Way of West Florida’s varied and integrated communications products and services, including the design and development of marketing collateral tools, newsletters, and other print publications; web, e-news, and other online communications; media and public relations; and other marketing-related events and activities.

Part-time Information Technology Coordinator
The IT Coordinator is a key member of the United Way team that works closely with the external IT company to resolve computer and network problems. The IT Coordinator will be a reference point for all 211 employees' IT-related queries at the user level, responding to user needs in a timely manner and ensuring the optimal running of all systems. The IT Coordinator is expected to display good interpersonal skills as they will interact with colleagues from various departments to troubleshoot technology issues.

Data Analyst
The Data Analyst is a key member of the Community Impact team, providing analysis of funded program and internal program data, as well as providing administrative support functions related to the community investment process and United Way of West Florida’s community impact work. The Data Analyst works closely with Community Impact and Development to ensure the process of investing undesignated donor dollars is efficient, transparent, and yields the appropriate outcomes. This position provides support and oversight of the Get Connected volunteer platform and Andar development platform. The Data Analyst is also responsible for analyzing funded programs and internal programs report data and provides aggregate data reporting. This position will provide support in all UWWF’s database systems, troubleshooting and analysis.

Marketing and Special Events Intern
The Marketing and Special Events Internship is designed to provide professional experience in the areas of Nonprofit Management, Public Relations, Marketing, Media Relations, and Fundraising/Event Planning. This internship position is ideal for a university undergraduate student using the internship for university credit.

Internship applicants must be 18 years or older and possess a high school diploma prior to the start date of the internship. Internships are not paid positions and follow the academic calendars of post-secondary institutions. Hours per week are dependent upon course requirements and/or position descriptions.
